Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Permanent Project Manager to lead high-scale commercial ground-up projects in Milwaukee. You will drive planning, procurement, scheduling, and delivery, using Procore to manage documents and costs.

The role requires at least 5 years in construction PM and a strong track record of on-time, on-budget outcomes. Base salary is $100,000–$125,000 with a performance-based bonus, plus benefits and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
• Proven experience managing commercial ground-up construction projects.
• Proficient in Procore project management software or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial ground-up construction projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive progress.
• Utilize Procore for documentation, scheduling, and cost control.
