Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our Baltimore, Maryland team. You will lead the real estate portfolio of offices, factories, and secure spaces, driving design, cost estimation, and contractor coordination.

You will manage budgets, contract structures, and cross-functional collaboration with Security, Network Engineering, Facilities, Marketing, EHS and Legal. Travel up to 50% may be required, including international assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup.
• Extreme orderliness in document control and record keeping.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, MEP systems, and building codes.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time (international travel included).
• U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction/design activities and define user requirements.
• Generate accurate cost estimates across project lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Perform site due diligence for go/no-go decisions.
• Assemble and lead design teams of architects and engineers.
• Develop and manage budgets and cash flow with FP&A.
• Create contracting strategies that align incentives and manage risk.
• Serve as primary point of contact for construction matters and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Security, Facilities, Legal, and more.
• Maintain relationships with external project managers and vendors.
