Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in construction project management with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven project experience in commercial, tenant interiors, hospitality and high-end luxury retail.
• Highly organized and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Develop a purchasing schedule and strategy to resolve purchasing challenges.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Purchasing to ensure project profitability.
• Work with the Project Superintendent to maintain project schedules.
• Complete financial data analysis to identify issues affecting performance.
• Maintain relationships for world-class customer service across stakeholders.
