Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
• Vast knowledge of all trades and understanding of MEP systems.
• Experience estimating in various sectors including Education and Commercial.

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with project manager to plan the job.
• Develop comprehensive understanding of project strategy.
• Establish pre-construction budget and manage funds.
• Ensure best bids are obtained for each trade.
• Present information effectively to clients.
