Clark/Sullivan Construction in Roseville, CA seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex public works and private sector projects. The role requires eight+ years of experience, leadership, and hands-on knowledge of construction processes, cost control, and reporting.

You will manage client relationships, CPM scheduling (Phoenix or P6), and coordinate Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field staff to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in public works and/or private sector construction.
• Strong leadership and hands-on knowledge of construction processes, cost control, and reporting.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and managing multiple project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex public works and private sector projects in Northern California.
• Manage client relationships and project team communications.
• Oversee CPM scheduling (Phoenix or P6) and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field staff.
• Monitor cost control, change management, and progress reporting.
