Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Dayton, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Construction Project Manager position. The role requires entrepreneurial people who can grow with them and oversee projects from design/build through completion.

The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years of commercial/industrial construction experience, the ability to read and interpret contract documents, and experience managing multi-million dollar projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years direct experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs and schedules.
• Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently.
• Experience with multi-million dollar projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead construction projects from design to completion.
• Experience overseeing own jobs with strong leadership skills.
• Estimating experience is a plus.
• Projects in the Commercial and Industrial fields.
• Ground up and renovation experience.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills.
• GC and or Owners Representative experience.
• Ability to work with autonomy.
