Job summary

Red Cedar Construction Services, LLC. in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Project Manager to own the full project lifecycle for multifamily and commercial builds. You will manage contracts, cost, and schedules while directing subcontractors and maintaining owner relations to protect margin.

The role emphasizes disciplined systems, team leadership, and proactive decision‑making to keep projects on track and compliant with RCCS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing commercial construction with full P&L responsibility.
• Proficiency with Procore and QuickBooks; working knowledge of MS Project.
• Knowledge of AIA contracts, lien law, and construction notices in NC/SC.
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate from construction documents with confidence.
• PMP or equivalent preferred; OSHA 30 required within 90 days of hire.
• NC Building Contractor qualifier credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from award through closeout.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, schedule development, and procurement.
• Maintain project budget, forecast accuracy, and monthly WIP.
• Coordinate field execution with Superintendents and contractors.
• Lead weekly OAC meetings and maintain documentation.
• Enforce RCCS safety, quality, and contractual standards.
