Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects from planning through completion. You will build trusted client relationships and oversee budgets, schedules and overall project performance.

Coordinate Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams, identify risks early, lead project meetings and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery. Some travel to project locations will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong financial and budget management experience.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
• Experience delivering retail, commercial, rollout or multi-site construction programmes is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Leading multiple construction projects from planning through completion.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and acting as their primary point of contact.
• Managing project budgets, schedules and overall financial performance.
• Coordinating Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Identifying and resolving project risks before they impact delivery.
• Leading project meetings and providing clear communication to all stakeholders.
• Supporting contract administration, procurement and change management.
• Mentoring and developing Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the quality standards our clients expect.
