MGAC is a global boutique consultancy focused on managing and representing our clients’ best interests. This Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager role requires local support in Detroit, MI with onsite presence 4-5 days a week, subject to client needs.

You will lead critical environments projects from initiation to closeout, mentor teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and collaborate with clients, A&E professionals, and contractors to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years of datacenter construction experience.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and written & verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while expanding others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule & budget recovery.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
