STRUCTURAL is hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale repair and restoration projects in the NY City Metro and Long Island City area. You will drive preconstruction through closeout, mentor project teams, and maintain full P&L responsibility on projects ranging from $5M to $15M+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE/SE.
• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Projects valued $5M–$15M.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration skills.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale repair and restoration projects.
• Drive preconstruction through closeout.
• Maintain full P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership.
• Prepare contracts and revisions with contracts teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
• Build relationships with owners, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
