Job summary

M&M Construction Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in New Jersey.

You will work with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure project success. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong knowledge of plans and contracts, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Public, municipal, school, or institutional construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites throughout North and Central New Jersey.
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, owners, and project teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Review subcontractor proposals, scopes of work, and payment applications.
• Conduct and participate in project meetings.
• Monitor project costs, schedule, quality, and overall progress.
• Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project.
