Job summary

Lucid Search Group is partnering with a family-owned general contractor in Arizona to hire a Senior Project Manager who will lead complex commercial and public sector projects across the state from preconstruction to closeout.

You'll mentor junior team members, partner with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and report to executive leadership. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and value engineering on occupied facilities and high-profile civic work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction, with public-sector work preferred.
• Experience delivering projects from $1M to $50M in occupied, active facilities.
• Strong knowledge of means and methods, building codes, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead every phase of delivery on civic, public safety, education, and community facility projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and spot risks before they become problems.
• Keep communication open and productive with owners, design teams, and trade partners.
