Job summary

Metric Geo, partnered with a leading design‑build contractor, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects across pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing sectors. You will oversee field operations from preconstruction through project completion.

You will collaborate with Estimating, Purchasing & Scheduling and ensure project scope and design alignment, while maintaining schedule and budget with the Superintendent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years relevant construction experience.
• Cost Management and ability to Estimate.
• Sage/Timberline and Procore Construction Management or similar software.
• Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Revit proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the construction project with the Superintendent to meet schedule and budget.
• Participate in pre-construction services with Estimating and Project Team; assist VE as appropriate.
• Design/Build Jobs – manage design scope and schedule; review proposed designs and drawings; advise on revisions.
• Organize, direct, supervise and coordinate construction team to meet deliverables.
• Review subcontractor insurance/bonding; ensure compliance before start dates; manage minority requirements.
• Partner with Estimating, Purchasing & Scheduling on pricing, scopes, capability, manpower & schedule.
• Collaborate with marketing to create project data sheets; assist in obtaining renderings and photos.
