Metric Geo has partnered with a leading contractor in the region to seek an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale commercial construction capital projects and programs in the Baltimore area.

The role requires overseeing multiple projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of construction project/program management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects and capital programs.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, project controls, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction/project management software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction capital projects and programs from planning through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, risks, and overall program performance.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
• Monitor program-wide performance and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Manage procurement, contract administration, and change management activities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving issue resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication across all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives across the program portfolio.
