Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead innovative projects in pharma, biotech, semiconductor, and life sciences. You will oversee field operations from preconstruction to completion, partnering with the Superintendent to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Estimating, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Design Firms; managing subcontracts and change orders; and upholding quality control and safety standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant construction PM experience directly related to responsibilities.
• Experience with design-build, VE, and subcontractor coordination.
• Proficiency with Procore, Sage/Timberline, and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of construction projects with Superintendent to meet schedule and budget.
• Collaborate in pre-construction, VE studies, design reviews, and coordination with design firms.
• Organize and direct the construction team to ensure deliverables are met.
• Review subcontractor insurance, bonding, and change management; manage costs and invoices.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Marketing for project data and renderings.
