Suffolk Construction seeks a Planner in San Francisco to lead vertical construction scheduling using Oracle Primavera P6. The role supports planning, re‑timing, and visualizing CPM schedules, integrating lean methods and BIM with production workflows.

Willingness to travel regionally and learn new tools is required. Ideal candidates hold a Engineering or Construction Management degree and have experience with detailed construction schedules, multiple projects, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience preparing CPM schedules for vertical construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules regionally.
• Will travel weekly to regional project sites.

Mansioni

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with planning and developing construction schedules.
• Work with Project Executives to prepare proposal and preconstruction schedules.
• Use historical data to develop durations and validate progress.
• Monitor 2500–5000 activity schedules and report weekly.
• Update and reconcile progress against plan and support re-planning.
• Develop visual schedules and linear sequences to show production.
• Provide monthly metrics for executive reporting.
• Apply Suffolk's Standards of Practice for quality and excellence.
