Job summary

GoldenWolf, LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Management Representative to support the Department of Veterans Affairs at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Bridgeville, PA. The role provides field oversight, inspection, QA, scheduling, and contract administration across a federal construction program.

The ideal candidate delivers strong communication, safety, and documentation skills, with on-site availability in Bridgeville and a commitment to veteran-centric projects.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen compliance per contract requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years on a CM team or 5 years as Superintendent or similar with advanced training or credentials.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI clearance.
• Experience with Kahua CM software.
• Experience with horizontal and vertical construction in civil/facilities.
• OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification.
• Fluent English communication.
• On-site full-time work in Bridgeville, PA.
• Experience supporting field construction projects.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily field inspections of civil, site, utility, landscaping, and building construction activities.
• Monitor contractor performance for compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and contract requirements.
• Review contractor submittals, RFIs, schedules, testing reports, and construction documentation.
• Support construction contract modifications and change order administration.
• Review contractor pay applications and provide recommendations for approval.
• Monitor progress schedules and identify potential delays and risks.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections and prepare written reports.
• Track deficiencies, punch list items, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, utility inspections, and agency inspections.
• Maintain project records, reports, photographs, and as-built documentation.
• Assist with final inspections and project closeout activities.
