Job summary

You will review contracts, drawings, and specs, develop on-site plans, and interface with clients, inspectors, and subcontractors while managing budgets and labor, enforcing safety, and coordinating with operations to meet QC standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field supervision experience in construction.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and on-site safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field construction, planning, and scheduling to complete work on time and within budget.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specs to develop on-site plans and procedures.
