Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite trade activities, including coordination of materials.
• Track, review, and validate monthly payment applications.
• Manage cost control and issue resolution, including change orders.
• Assume ownership of overall project execution.
• Read, interpret, and apply construction design documents.
• Lead with integrity and mentor junior associates.

Skills

Outstanding communication and time management skills

Basic understanding of construction tools

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering or 3+ years equivalent experience
