Old National Bank seeks a Construction Monitoring Specialist, Sr to oversee the construction phase of assigned commercial loans, collaborating with Relationship Managers, Support Staff, Borrowers, title companies, attorneys and contractors to ensure proper draws.

The role emphasizes documentation, funding coordination and regulatory compliance, with an in-office Midwest-based posture and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three (3) years in commercial banking.
• Highly detail oriented, thorough, and ability to think critically with limited oversight.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Strong organization skills.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple and complex projects in various stages of construction.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Commercial Relationship Managers and Commercial Support Staff on newly approved commercial construction loans to ensure that all required construction documentation is received, reviewed, and approved prior to closing.
• Facilitate the funding of draws on Commercial Construction loans. The Construction Monitoring Specialist, SR must ensure that each draw is following loan policy and regulatory requirements. The draws must be in alignment with the budget and expected percent of completion.
