Job summary

Froehling & Robertson, Inc., (F&R) is seeking a CMT Engineer to provide construction materials testing and special inspection services across projects. You will oversee engineers, technicians, and inspectors to deliver results that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities include field investigations, analyses, and report preparation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 7+ years' experience, and a P.E. license, with a strong emphasis on communication and client relations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
7+ years of experience preferred.
P.E. license is required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Apply engineering techniques to provide construction materials testing and special inspection services.
Oversee engineers, technicians, and inspectors to exceed client expectations.
Lead field investigations, analyses, calculations, and report development.
Coordinate budgets, record keeping, and material testing/inspections.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting and billing.
