Job summary

SOCOTEC US is seeking a Construction Services Project Manager in Safford, AZ. You will manage construction and materials testing projects, including budgets and client interactions with design professionals to ensure quality and compliance.

You will coordinate field activities, lead field technicians and inspectors, visit sites to evaluate work, review project paperwork, and assist in resolving issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction materials testing/inspection experience.
• 2+ years of materials testing/inspection project management experience.
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in proposal preparation including materials quantity take-offs.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and materials testing projects, including budgets and client interactions.
• Coordinate and oversee field activities with technicians and inspectors.
• Visit project sites to evaluate work and ensure compliance.
• Review all project paperwork and assist in troubleshooting project issues.
