Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or 7 years in the materials testing/inspection industry with 2+ years as a Project Manager.
• Minimum seven years of experience with at least three years in management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in proposal preparation including materials quantity take-offs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction materials testing and inspection group.
• Review and oversee project performance.
• Invoice review and approvals.
