You will handle complex tests, mentor peers, and contribute to QA/QC, calibration, and documentation to support accreditation standards and DOT/AMRL/CCRL/AASHTO compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of experience in construction materials testing or equivalent.
• Must maintain laboratory certifications for concrete, soils, or both per job site.
• Willing to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
• Pursue NICET, WACEL, or similar certifications in soils or concrete.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex lab testing on construction materials for projects under lab leadership.
• Prepare and demonstrate testing procedures; mentor other lab technicians.
• Ensure QA/QC and accreditation compliance; calibrate and maintain equipment as scheduled.
• Conduct soils and concrete testing; document results and prepare reports.
