Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction management experience, with significant tenant improvement/retail/office experience.
• Experience as owner’s representative or in a similar client-side role on complex projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction means, methods, and building systems.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate consultants across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in occupied buildings and minimizing tenant disruption.

Responsabilités

• Serve as owner's representative for tenant improvements and capital projects across diverse portfolios.
• Lead budgeting, estimating, scheduling, scope development, and feasibility assessments.
• Manage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors through design, permitting, construction, and closeout.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify risks, constructability concerns, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with leasing, asset management, property management, and operations teams to align objectives.
• Facilitate tenant improvements from lease execution through turnover and occupancy.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals, inspections, and documentation.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost-to-complete reporting.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and milestone achievement.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; provide leadership updates to stakeholders.
• Support long-term capital planning and asset preservation recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and industry partners.
