HRsmart in San Francisco is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead complex tenant-improvement and retail projects. You will plan, design construction plans, manage budgets, coordinate with architects and engineers, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction management, an BS in a related field, OSHA 30, and strong proficiency with construction management software, blueprints, and cost estimation.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of proven work experience as a Construction Manager or tenant-improvement project experience.
BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Training.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process.
Supervise the work of laborers and technicians and provide guidance.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress or cost-tracking reports.
Ensure quality of work and materials, and uphold safety regulations.
Monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
