Job summary

CAVA is expanding its Mediterranean-inspired concept, seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead multi-site construction projects from pre-lease through turnover. You will coordinate with Real Estate, Design, and Operations to ensure feasible sites, compliant designs, and on-time openings for new locations.

This role demands strong PM discipline, budget control, and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 8+ years of post-collegiate experience in a relevant construction field.
• 5+ years in project management overseeing retail roll-out construction projects, with at least 3 years in restaurant/foodservice.
• Ability to read/interpret construction drawings, specifications and other technical documents.
• Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to manage general contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional partners during pre-lease and design to ensure site feasibility and compliance with CAVA standards.
• Oversee daily project management activities during construction and close-out for national expansion.
• Assist Real Estate and Design teams in evaluating prospective locations and LOI/landlord work letters.
• Prepare schedules for review/approval by leadership and manage budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure procurement and cost projections are accurate.
• Guide design team on constructability and lead contractor input during development.
