Job summary

Texas Instruments in Lehi, Utah is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager to own construction areas within the factory and drive MERFEI system delivery from construction through commissioning.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met in a fast-paced environment. TI will not sponsor visas or work authorization for this position.

Responsibilities

• Own execution for assigned construction areas within the factory
• Coordinate and drive delivery of MERFEI systems from construction through commissioning
• Manage subcontractors and ensure area requirements are executed effectively
• Deliver results that meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams including suppliers, Design & Engineering, Project Management Office, Fab Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Identify issues, assess risk, and drive corrective and preventive actions to keep execution on track
• Advance multiple activities concurrently in a fast-paced construction environment
