Texas Industries in Dallas/Sherman, Texas is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager to own construction areas within the factory and drive the delivery of MERFEI systems from construction through commissioning.

• Own execution for assigned construction areas within the factory
• Coordinate and drive delivery of MERFEI(Utility & Distribution) systems from construction through commissioning
• Manage subcontractors and ensure all area requirements are executed effectively
• Deliver results that meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives
• Partner with cross‑functional teams including suppliers, Design & Engineering, Project Management Office, Fab Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Identify issues, assess risk, and drive corrective and preventive actions to keep execution on track
• Advance multiple activities concurrently in a fast‑paced construction environment
