Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated in Lehi, Utah, is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager to own construction areas within the new MERFEI fabrication footprint and drive successful delivery from construction through commissioning.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate with suppliers, Design & Engineering, PMO, Fab Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives are met while advancing multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own execution for assigned construction areas within the factory.
• Coordinate delivery of MERFEI systems from construction through commissioning.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure area requirements are met.
• Deliver results that meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Collaborate with suppliers, Design & Engineering, PMO, Fab Operations, and stakeholders.
• Identify issues, assess risk, and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
• Advance multiple activities concurrently in a fast-paced construction environment.

As an Sr. Construction Manager, you will own specific construction areas within the factory and drive successful delivery of MERFEI systems from construction through commissioning. In this role, you will manage subcontractors, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project objectives.

• Advance multiple activities concurrently in a fast-paced construction environment
