The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years of construction cost-estimating experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of electrical systems and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction cost estimation.
• Electrical system knowledge and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client and construction/project management team to meet project goals.
• Serve as liaison with clients and assist with project-related decisions.
• Plan, organize, and direct project management through all phases: Preconstruction, Construction, Closeout.
• Maintain cost and status reports meeting the client’s objectives.
• May mentor an internal team or work independently.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to add value to achieve desired project outcomes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
