Job summary

Sundt Enterprise in Florida is seeking an experienced Construction Project Supervisor to coordinate field operations, supervise safety, manage costs, and ensure quality across self-performed work. You will lead planning, scheduling, procurement, and coordination with the PM and subs to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires extensive field supervision experience, a construction-related BS, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time on-site position in Tampa.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' construction project supervision required.
• BS Degree in construction related field is required.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Projects worked in excess of $200 million in size.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates means, methods, manpower, equipment, and materials to meet goals.
• Develops and manages the construction plan with the PM for successful execution.
• Coordinates schedules with subcontractors for monthly updates.
• Oversees CPM schedule development with project team and PM.
• Manages procurement processes aligned with the CPM schedule.
• Ensures timely completion of punch lists and startup activities.
