Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead a large-scale ground-up commercial real estate project. You will coordinate with the client, general contractor, and A/E teams across design, construction, and commissioning phases to ensure schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.

The ideal candidate brings at least eight years of field construction experience, strong leadership, and superb communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 8 years’ project management experience.
• Degree in Construction management or Equivalent and OSHA certified.
• Proficient – expert experience level using Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lead, coordinate & organize multiple stakeholders including general contractor and deliver project/program status reports as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
• Develops good working relationships with project team.
• Ability to work on site.

Aufgaben

• Oversee site construction activities and schedule, ensuring alignment with contract requirements.
• Coordinate with general contractor and design teams to resolve issues.
• Review project submittals and RFI.
• Provide regular progress updates and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Lead Turner & Townsend site project team under client direction.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards on site.
• Interface with authorities and vendors as needed.
• Support risk management and value engineering efforts.
