The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to manage large teams; you will report to the Project Manager and collaborate with customers and subcontractors to maintain costs

Qualifications

• 25 years in refinery, petroleum, gas, and chemical plant construction.
• 15 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Ability to read schematics, as-builts, 3D models, P&IDs, and isometrics.
• Managing large multi-disciplined work groups of 100+ personnel.
• Time management and schedule orientation with HSE background.

Responsibilities

• Review field site prep drawings and monitor civil contractor work.
• Review construction drawings and coordinate with general contractor on site work.
• Review installation drawings with vendors to ensure OEM-compliant installations.
• Monitor electricians for initial hookups and commissioning hand-overs.
• Oversee costs and schedules; report to the Project Manager.
