Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (7+ years preferred).
• Associates Degree with 10+ years relevant experience or HS/GED with 15 years progression.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive electric utility industry experience, with line or substation construction management preferred.
• 3 years supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction and commissioning activities across multiple projects to ensure safety, quality, timeliness and cost targets.
• Provide management for Field Construction Managers and oversee contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with CIP, FERC, NERC standards and environmental requirements.
• Develop, review and negotiate contracts; manage project schedules and budgets.
• Lead risk assessment, planning, and resolution of issues affecting project delivery.
