Job summary

Precision Systems, Inc. in the Washington, DC area seeks a Construction Manager with 10+ years of CM experience and DC standards knowledge to lead field staff and coordinate with DDOT stakeholders.

The role focuses on preparing and maintaining project documentation, evaluating change orders, and developing new business while ensuring contract compliance and safety across projects in VA/MD/DC.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• DC Professional Engineer license (P.E.) preferred or required.
• 10+ years of construction management experience in VA/MD/DC.
• Experience with DDOT projects and DC standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CM staff, attend progress meetings, and coordinate between field inspectors and other related parties.
• Source, interview, and hire CM staff.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Pursuits to research and pursue opportunities.
• Write and edit proposals.
• Review IDRs for accuracy and countersign IDRs; maintain daily project diary.
