Qualus is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead electric substation and transmission projects in our Program Management department in the United States. The role prioritizes constructability, safety, quality, and compliance with applicable codes and client requirements.
The position requires extensive coordination with contractors, client representatives, and internal project managers, ensuring alignment with schedules and budgets.
The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring that constructability meets Qualus and our clients’ expectations of the quality of each assigned project, to ensure compliance within required construction codes, local jurisdictional requirements. budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals.
Employees in this role must have electric utility scale substation, transmission line, and distribution line project experience, and they must have experience coordinating and managing construction work performed by contractors at the project site on behalf of our client. This position reports directly to the Project's PM and requires full integration and alignment with the client's representative.
