Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering a plus.
• 10-30 years experience in heavy civil and/or utility construction, with senior field experience.
• Experience supporting a large scale, mission critical infrastructure project.
• Experience with earthwork, underground utilities, and site development.
• Serve as the senior owner's representative on a large site.
• PE, CCM, PMP or relevant certifications a plus.
