The Senior Construction Manager will oversee a commercial project exceeding $200 million, requiring extensive experience in managing large-scale construction initiatives, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of construction from pre-construction to final delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, control costs, and maintain quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, including managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Create and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of construction management experience with projects valued at $150MM or more.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced certifications like PMP or LEED are a plus.
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and Primavera P6.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Details

Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD per year (Lawton Plant).
