Qualifications

• Willingness to travel as needed; valid Oklahoma CDL with endorsements may be required.
• Some positions may involve lifting or other manual tasks.
• Some positions may require training or experience in a specific field of construction or maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work in construction or renovation of buildings and structures.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and related equipment.
• Maintain and repair electrical, heating, refrigeration, and air-conditioning equipment.
• Operate and repair equipment used in building and grounds maintenance.
• Construct and repair foundations, walls, and other structures.
