Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Sr Construction Monitoring Specialist to oversee a portfolio of commercial construction loans, coordinating with Relationship Managers, borrowers, title companies and attorneys to ensure timely draws and risk mitigation.

This in-office role offers a salary range of $52,800 to $103,500 plus bonus, with focus on policy, regulatory compliance and cross‑team collaboration across the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent business experience required.
• Minimum three years of experience in commercial banking preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple construction loan projects with deadlines.
• Knowledge of loan policy, regulatory requirements, and draw processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a portfolio of construction loans across stages of construction.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Commercial Support, borrowers, title companies, attorneys and contractors.
• Facilitate funding of draws; ensure draws align with policy, budget and completion percent.
• Provide policy guidance and support during origination and execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks; communicate issues to clients and internal teams.
