Brach Eichler LLC is seeking a senior-level Construction Litigation Attorney with 6-10+ years of experience in construction law to handle private and public projects. You will manage delay, change order, termination, lien/bond claims, and bid protests, in state and federal court settings.

The ideal candidate has NJ and NY admission, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; admission to practice in NJ and NY required.
• 6–10+ years of construction-law experience, including contract review and negotiation.
• State and federal court experience required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
• Trial experience and judicial clerkship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction-law litigation for private and public projects.
