Qualifications

• May 2023 JD graduate or earlier.
• 3–7 years of attorney practice experience.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar; or admission to the Pennsylvania or New York Bar with the ability to waive into New Jersey.
• No prior construction law experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing bid protest letters related to government projects.
• Reviewing and drafting construction contracts and subcontracts.
• Preparing appellate briefs involving public contracting disputes with state agencies.
• Conducting legal research and drafting motions and other litigation documents.
• Participating in civil litigation matters.
• Assisting with stock and asset purchase agreements.
• Communicating directly with clients, courts, and government bodies.
• Working collaboratively with attorneys and other members of the firm.
