Qualified candidates will hold an active Florida Bar license, a solid academic record, and proven ability to manage complex construction-related civil litigation from intake to appeal.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction law and civil litigation experience.
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Strong academic background from an accredited law school.
• Excellent oral advocacy and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage construction litigation files from intake through discovery, motions, mediation, trial or appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests and briefs.
• Prepare discovery responses and depose lay and expert witnesses.
• Represent clients in state and federal court hearings, arbitrations, mediations and trials.
• Collaborate with trial team and update clients and partners on progress.
