Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Director of Construction to lead the owner-side construction on the Santa Cruz Project. The role requires a proven leader with extensive field experience in large, complex mining, underground, heavy civil, or process facilities.

You will translate engineering deliverables into executable field work and oversee safety, schedule, cost, and quality. The Director will manage construction teams, contractors, consultants, and other partners, driving integration with engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Mining Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in progressively responsible construction leadership on major capital projects.
• Experience delivering mining, underground, heavy civil, industrial or process facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for construction execution across the project.
• Develop and implement Construction Execution Plan and staffing.
• Direct construction activities across multiple disciplines and interfaces.
• Ensure alignment with engineering, procurement, schedule, budgets and permits.
• Maintain strong field presence and resolve issues to sustain momentum.
• Lead constructability reviews and manage field engineering interfaces.
• Oversee contractor management, safety, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Ensure turnover packages are complete for commissioning and operations.
