Job summary

Mentor Technical Group oversees life sciences construction projects in the United States and Puerto Rico. We seek a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead multi-discipline efforts on FDA-regulated programs, ensuring cGMP compliance, safety, and quality from planning to closeout.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license, 8+ years in construction management or industrial settings, and strong leadership with bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• PE license active and in good standing required.
• Minimum 8 years in construction management or industrial projects.
• FDA-regulated industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning through closeout with limited supervision.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, codes, OSHA, and client standards.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors to deliver projects.
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders for quality.
• Provide technical leadership across all project phases and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with clients, engineering teams, contractors, and regulators.
