Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction mgmt or related discipline.
• 10+ years on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Experience building high-rise residential, mixed use, or higher education projects successfully from start to finish.
• In depth knowledge of the construction process to include scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• Demonstrated experience leading field operations and communicating plans effectively across multiple audiences and stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable safety and building regulations (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work on a project or scope.
• Implement safety and quality culture among employees and trade contractors and conduct safety inspections.
• Create and manage a plan to sequence work, manage site logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Maintain high quality of work in line with standards.
• Deliver project on schedule and on budget.
• Develop and communicate the project schedule and milestones to stakeholders.
• Lead multi-disciplinary meetings to gain buy-in on the schedule.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and representClark professionally in meetings.
• Understand owner contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.
• Participate in closeout activities including punch lists and training.
• Identify risks and find ways to advance the project plan to resolve conflicts.
• Create a project site environment that inspires the team to perform at their best.
• Proactively recruit top industry talent to join the Clark team.
