Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking an experienced full-time Senior Construction Inspector for our Phoenix, AZ office. The role involves inspection, documentation, and coordinating jobsite activities with client interaction.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of construction inspection experience with ADOT or similar public agencies in Arizona. You will oversee personnel and potentially multiple projects, bringing strong communication and managerial skills to a collaborative

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of construction inspection experience with ADOT and/or other public agencies (municipalities, etc).
• Experience working on local government transportation/Public Works projects in Arizona, including water/wastewater (private and municipal), power generating facilities, infrastructure projects, etc.
• Testing and Inspection Certifications a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and observe work on site and document and report operations as directed by the project.
• Exercise oversight and management of personnel and potentially multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate for all jobsite activities and maintain client interaction throughout the project.
