Job summary

URC Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a full‑time Senior Construction Inspector for our Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in construction inspection and a strong background in managing projects and personnel.

Responsibilities include inspecting construction activities, documenting operations, and client coordination. A competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 is offered, alongside benefits like health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of construction inspection experience with ADOT and/or other public agencies.
• Experience working on local government transportation/Public Works projects in Arizona.
• Testing and Inspection Certifications a plus.

• Oversee and manage personnel and potentially multiple projects simultaneously.
• Client interaction and coordination for all jobsite activities.

Required Skills

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 5–7 years of construction inspection experience with ADOT and/or other public agencies.
• Experience working on local government transportation/Public Works projects in Arizona, including water/wastewater (private and municipal), power generating facilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Testing and Inspection Certifications a plus.

Salary

Annual Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience).
