Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking an experienced full-time Senior Construction Inspector for our Phoenix, AZ office. The role involves inspection, documentation, and coordination of site activities with clients and project teams to ensure contract compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of construction inspection experience with ADOT or public agencies and a proven ability to lead personnel and projects across multiple sites.

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is currently seeking an experienced full-time Senior Construction Inspector for ourPhoenix,AZ office. Inspector’s duties include inspection and observation, documenting and making necessary records or reports of operations, and other duties as directed by the project. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding and knowledge of work required by the contract. This position will require oversight and management of personnel and potentially multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires client interaction and coordination for all jobsiteactivities.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of construction inspection experience with ADOT and/or other public agencies (municipalities, etc).

• Experience working on local government transportation/Public Works projects in Arizona, including water/wastewater (private and municipal), power generating facilities, infrastructure projects, etc.).

• Testing and Inspection Certifications a Plus.

Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)
